Panko Meatloaf
I like meatloaf, and this is a pretty simple yet tasty recipe. My son prefers a layer of ketchup on top of the loaf, so when I remember to do so, I add it just before cooking. It tastes good with or without this step.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 3/4 cup panko
- 2 eggs
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup ketchup
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Combine all of the ingredients in large bowl
- Shape into a loaf and place into a 9x13 pan
- Bake uncovered until done, usually a little over 1 hour
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
