Spaghetti Stuffing
I really had to bug my mother to get this one. There are no amounts for the
ingredients, but it's like a normal stuffing recipe, just with spaghetti instead of bread
crumbs. It comes out great.
Ingredients:
- Chopped onion
- Chopped celery
- Fresh or dried parsley flakes
- Sliced mushrooms
Preparation:
- In butter or margerine, sautee onion, celery and parsley.
- After a bit, add the mushrooms.
- Sauté until lightly brown and add to cooked spaghetti. Continue to heat until
vegetables have blended with cooked spaghetti (about 20 minutes). Turkey can be
stuffed with recipe, and whatever is left over can be put in a casserole dish.
